Mango Cream
INGREDIENT
- Mango 1 k.g
- Amul fresh cream 100 ml
- suger 50 gram
- kaju 50 gram
- saffron 4-5 leaves
METHOD
- Peel and chopped mango
- Add suger in cream
- mix chopped mango in cream
- Add kaju and saffron
- place the bowl in the freezer 1-2 hour
- delicious and cool mango cream is redy for serve
