Mango Cream


INGREDIENT                                                          
  1. Mango                  1 k.g                                           
  2. Amul fresh cream  100 ml
  3. suger                     50 gram
  4. kaju                      50 gram
  5. saffron                  4-5 leaves
METHOD
  1. Peel and chopped mango
  2. Add suger in cream
  3. mix chopped mango in cream
  4. Add kaju and saffron
  5. place the bowl in the freezer 1-2 hour
  6. delicious and cool mango cream is redy for serve
